Announcing PolymerWebinars.com

January 19, 2011 By Jeffrey Gotro 1 Comment

I am excited to announce that Robert Brands will present Innovate to Thrive at our first live webinar series at PolymerWebinars.com.

Innovate to Thrive is a three part, hands-on webinar series presented by Robert Brands, Innovation Coach, sought after speaker, and author of “Robert’s Rules of Innovation, A 10-Step Program for Corporate Survival.”  Using his 10 imperatives, Robert will show you how to improve your innovation initiatives and implement tactics to create and sustain “New” in your business or organization.

Dates: February 16, 23, March 2, 2011 at 2:00 PM Eastern

February 16, 2011; Leadership: Inspiring Success

Robert will set the stage with convincing examples of the importance of innovation and then introduce his 10 imperatives for successful innovation.  Then the presentation will focus on how Leadership and Culture are critical by providing a more in-depth discussion on the four imperatives of Inspire, Risk Taking, Value Creation, and Observe and Measure.  The webinar concludes with an action list of tactics you can implement right away to improve your business.

February 23, 2011; Process: Accelerating from Ideation to Launch

This critical session will cover the Ideation and New Product Development (NPD) process.  After a brief recap of the previous webinar, Robert will present the key techniques to ensure a successful ideation process, the most critical part of the NPD process.  Additionally, tips and tactics will be presented to accelerate your product development process.  The webinar concludes with an action list of tactics you can implement right away to improve your business.

March 2, 2011: People: Culture & Getting It Done

The final webinar will focus on the People and Culture related imperatives of Ownership, Accountability, Net Result, Training and Coaching.  Organizations are only as good as their people, so don’t miss this important session.  The webinar concludes with an action list of tactics you can implement right away to improve your business.
