Happy Memorial Day

Special recognition to my late father, Captain Douglas Gotro, US Army, who was a Korean War veteran.

I will be at the Electronic Components and Technology Conference (ECTC) next week.  I will be presenting my short course on “Polymers in Electronic Packaging” on Tuesday and attending the technical meetings the rest of the week.  There are many technical papers on Fan-Out Wafer Level Packaging, so we will see what is new in the fast growing packaging application.
